- The role: Front-End Developer (Vue.js, Bootstrap/Tailwind)
- Business: Software House
- Contract: Permanent, full-time
- Location: Near to Wigan, Greater Manchester/Lancashire - hybrid position, minimum of 1-2 days per week in the office
- Salary: £40k to £45k basic + benefits
Candidates must be free to work in the UK without the need of sponsorship/relocation
Responsibilities (a snapshot):
- To work alongside the frontend development team.
- Architect scalable and maintainable frontend structures, ensuring alignment with user experience strategies, design principles and best practices.
- Translate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality code.
- Enhance application performance, focusing on frontend optimisation and efficient, responsive design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate frontend and backend technologies.
About you:
- You must have at least 3 years plus relevant experience within a similar mid-weight role
- Strong proficiency in frontend technologies (Vue.js and modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind / Bootstrap)
- Proven experience with version control systems (GIT etc)
- Any experience developing SaaS-based applications, particularly with a focus on scalability and security & any familiarity with server-side frameworks such as Laravel, Express.js etc is desirable
