Over the past decade, Principle has consistently ranked as one of the top three suppliers out of 26 for Meta in the UK and Ireland. Principle was also selected from 24 suppliers as one of three agencies to support Meta’s high-profile Novi hiring project and the R4R (Recruiting for Recruiters) program. During these projects, Principle HR demonstrated exceptional performance by filling 80% of the Novi contingent workforce and 78% of the R4R roles across recruitment and HR.

Challenge

Meta’s Novi project and R4R program presented significant challenges, requiring the rapid recruitment of contingent workers across a variety of roles, including compliance, banking, engineering, recruitment, and HR. The challenge was not only to meet tight hiring deadlines but also to manage the complete HR, payroll, and compliance responsibilities for these hires. With Principle competing against 26 suppliers for general staffing and 24 for the specialised Novi and R4R projects, the pressure was on to deliver exceptional results while maintaining Meta’s high standards for talent and workforce integration.

Mandate

Principle was entrusted with:

  • Supporting Meta’s Novi project by recruiting 88 contingent workers across compliance, banking, engineering, and support roles, all within a 3-month window.

  • Leading the recruitment efforts for the R4R program, filling roles such as Recruitment Coordinators, Recruiters, Executive Assistants, Onboarding Specialists, and HR professionals in the UK and Ireland.

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including talent acquisition, payroll, onboarding, and compliance for all contingent workers.

  • Maintaining its position as one of Meta’s top 3 suppliers by continuing to meet high-volume and high-quality recruitment targets across diverse functions.

Solution

Leveraging advanced AI-driven recruitment strategies and a deep understanding of Meta’s operational requirements, Principle implemented a streamlined recruitment process designed to quickly and efficiently source high-quality talent. For both the Novi and R4R projects, we utilised rigorous screening and selection techniques, ensuring that every candidate met Meta’s technical and cultural standards.

As one of three agencies selected from 24 suppliers for the Novi project, Principle successfully filled 88 contingent roles across compliance, banking, engineering, and support functions. Similarly, in the R4R program, Principle was chosen to help Meta meet its recruitment demands across HR and recruitment roles. By focusing on roles like Recruitment Coordinators, Executive Assistants, and HR professionals, we filled 78% of the positions given to all three agencies.

Principle also provided comprehensive HR services, including payroll management, onboarding, and ongoing compliance support, allowing Meta to focus on its core operations while we handled the workforce management complexities.

Result

Principle performance on both the Novi and R4R projects was exemplary. In the Novi project, we successfully filled 88 contingent roles, representing 80% of the total workforce required within a 3-month timeframe.
