Hi, I'm Som, ​a senior tech recruiter at Principle. My passion for IT and recruitment drives me, and I specialise in recruiting technical and engineering roles across EMEA. I'm a lean six sigma practitioner, managing large-scale recruitment projects focusing on efficiency and waste reduction. I have experience building lean resourcing teams and working on high-volume recruitment projects.

In addition to my technical expertise, I have skills in contingent workforce management, vendor management, and client engagement. I recruit for various roles, including Project Management, Program Management, Quality Engineers, Quality Assurance, Technical Leads, IT Engineering, Software Development Engineering, Network Engineers, Technical Engineers, and more.
