- Salary ; £65,000 - £73,000 pa
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Provide ongoing support to program participants, handling queries and escalations both pre-start and throughout the program.
- Participant Communication: Manage communications, set up pre-start groups, and deliver core messaging.
- Onboarding Coordination: Oversee start-date confirmation, right-to-work processes, and work with supply chain teams to ensure tech deployment.
- Event Planning: Organize and execute participant events, handling venue booking, catering, budget management, and logistics.
- Mentorship & Engagement: Manage mentorship programs, facilitating communication and engagement.
- Collaboration: Build relationships with cross-functional partners (Recruiting, HR, etc.), troubleshoot issues, and provide updates to the broader team.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in program management within recruiting, or coordination
- Exceptional organization and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities, able to handle ambiguity
- Event planning and execution experience
- Good to have ; Background in University Recruiting or Diversity Programs
