Accounts Receivable Analyst (11-Month Contract)
Location: Citywest, Dublin 24 – Hybrid (50% office / 50% home)
Salary: €45,000 - €50,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve issues in Enterprise and Ecommerce platforms through effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Review and process multi-currency payments (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.), ensuring accuracy and resolving unapplied items.
- Post and apply multi-currency receipts, manage allocation queries, and oversee a shared mailbox for diverse requests.
- Prepare journal entries and maintain compliance with processes and SLAs.
- Keep process documentation updated to ensure strict control.
- Reconcile GL debtor and bank accounts, clearing aged items efficiently.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience in cash application or a similar accounting role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficient in Excel.
- Experience in ecommerce payment processing is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
