Location: London – hybrid in offices near to Barbican; min 2-3 days per week
Salary: £65k basic + benefits (PAYE, paid weekly, within IR35)

We are looking for a Senior Creative Lead to drive high-impact marketing and brand campaigns within the education sector across the UK, US, and Europe. This role will shape creative strategy, ensuring brand consistency and regional relevance while leading multi-channel design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative campaigns targeting student and education audiences.
- Collaborate with marketing, brand, and regional teams to ensure campaign success.
- Manage agency relationships, oversee briefings, creative reviews, and project delivery.
- Lead multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Foster a customer-centric creative approach aligned with business objectives.
Essential Requirements:
- 5+ years in a senior creative or marketing design role, with a strong portfolio.
- Expertise in B2B and B2C marketing within the education sector.
- Fluent in English (first language or highly proficient) with strong German and/or French skills.
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite / Workfront experience
- Hands-on experience in campaign development, advertising, and brand storytelling.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, managing multiple priorities.
