Customer Insights Specialist Global Tech

Our client is world renowned American software giant that provides innovative software packages across the globe to everyone, from Enterprise tech conglomerates to individual creatives and they have an immediate requirement for a Customer Insights Specialist to join their team

 

What's on offer

  • 11 month initial contract with potential to extend
  • Hybrid on site 3 days per week in state of the art office in Shoreditch, London
  • Salary of £46,500 per year PAYE

 

What you will do:

  • You will design customer research briefs, questionnaires and discussion guides aligned with business priorities and objectives In partnership with internal stakeholders and external agencies
  • You will analyse and report results in a compelling manner to share and present to various internal stakeholder audiences (e.g., business unit leaders, regional marketing leaders)
  • You will synthesize information across a wide variety of insight sources including primary market research, third-party data, customer analytics (big data), marketing/media performance

 

What you need to succeed

  • 5 years of experience in research/ insights agency working across both quant and qual methods
  • Experience in running & end-to-end management of research projects & work from brief and questionnaire design to analysing & reporting.
  • Demonstrated successful track record in collaborating with high performing, highly technical and analytical teams
  • Proven experience with insight synthesis, marrying research learning with analysis of other data types (e.g., secondary, behavioural, transactional, etc.)
