The Role:
As an Event Marketing Specialist, you will craft and execute innovative event concepts that align with business objectives, ensuring timely, high-quality, and budget-conscious delivery. You'll collaborate closely with business leaders to create unique event experiences that drive audience engagement and support brand growth. Additionally, you'll develop strategies to meet attendance and revenue goals, partnering with external professionals to produce culturally relevant content. By working with international marketing teams and agencies, you'll implement comprehensive event plans while driving the event development process, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
The Offer:
- Competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 pa.
- Hybrid working: 3 days per week onsite in Central London office.
- Role to start on a 12-month contract.
Your Profile:
- Strong business sense with a deep understanding of attendee engagement and event trends.
- 4 + years experience in a similar role.
- Ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively, turning big ideas into successful projects.
- Ability to supervise critical metrics and ensure comprehensive oversight of all relevant factors.
- Proficient in presenting ideas and communicating effectively at all levels.
- Enthusiasm for both physical and digital events, with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
