- Deliver exceptional service to customers via chat and email, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Handle a variety of player and account queries within agreed service levels.
- Take ownership of customer requests, resolving issues or escalating where necessary.
- Accurately record customer information in line with AML and fraud prevention procedures.
- Communicate effectively about products, services, and promotions.
- Support outbound sales campaigns (no cold calling).
- Fluent in both Finnish and English (additional languages are a bonus!).
- Previous customer service experience (e.g., call centre, sales, high-end retail, or hospitality).
- Interest in sports and casino products is an advantage.
- Exceptional written communication skills and problem-solving creativity.
- Strong IT skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- 40 hours per week, working 4 days over 7 (including weekends).
- Shifts alternate monthly:
- Day shift: 7.30am – 6pm
- Late shift: 1.30pm – 12am (midnight)
