Are you a purpose-driven HR & OD professional looking to make an impact at a national level?

We’re partnering with a dynamic, forward-looking public sector organisation that plays a key role in shaping Ireland’s economic development. With a reputation for innovation and progressive talent development, this organisation is on a journey of transformation — and they’re seeking an Organisational Development Executive to help drive it forward.

This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of HR strategy, employee engagement, learning & development, and organisational culture.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading strategic HR & OD initiatives in alignment with a five-year corporate strategy

  • Owning the design and delivery of flagship Learning Academy programmes

  • Driving employee engagement, internal communications, and HR project delivery

  • Managing high-profile graduate development programmes

  • Championing the implementation of a new organisational capability model

  • Supporting learning technology adoption and policy development

  • Contributing to a values-driven culture through impactful L&D

What we’re looking for:

  • A Level 8 (or above) qualification in HR, Organisational Development, or a related field

  • A strong foundation in L&D, employee engagement, and organisational change

  • A track record of designing and implementing programmes with measurable outcomes

  • Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels — up to board and executive teams

  • Familiarity with learning management platforms and data-driven decision making

  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal

Why apply?
You'll be joining a high-impact team where your ideas will help shape the future of work in Ireland’s public sector. You'll benefit from a progressive work culture, generous leave, and access to a pension scheme, flexitime, employee wellbeing supports, and more.
