As a Paid Media Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in developing and executing multi-channel media strategies to drive growth, awareness, and engagement across the full marketing funnel. Working closely with their agency partners and internal stakeholders, you’ll ensure media campaigns are executed to the highest standards while continuously optimizing performance.
The Offer:
- Competitive salary of £59,000 pa
- Role will start on a 12-month contract
- Hybrid working: 3 days per week onsite at offices in Central London

What You’ll Do:
- Develop & implement paid media strategies across Display & Paid Social to maximize brand awareness and usage.
- Analyze & optimize campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
- Collaborate with agencies & internal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead testing initiatives and ensure effective tracking to enhance campaign performance.
- Be the voice of paid media in marketing review forums, presenting insights in weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings.
- Drive innovation by identifying new testing opportunities and media trends.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- 3-5 years’ experience managing paid media campaigns (agency, publisher, vendor, or client-side).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills – you love turning data into insights!
- Deep understanding of how paid media integrates with other marketing channels.
- Organized & results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
