Plant Operations & Maintenance Engineer
- Location: Wicklow & Kildare power plants
- Salary: €48k - €54k pa
We are looking for an Engineering Team Member to join our asset management team at Ireland’s only pumped storage hydro power station, Turlough Hill, and our hydro power stations on the River Liffey (330MW combined capacity).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Technical Services and Operations teams across maintenance, operations, civil engineering, and contractor management
- Plan, coordinate, and implement routine projects and outages – overhaul projects.
- Diagnose operations and maintenance issues, delivering technical solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, technical, and quality standards
- Contribute to the overall operational efficiency of the stations
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in plant operations, maintenance, or project management
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience in plant maintenance, technology systems, and project planning (desirable)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
