Procurement Buyer – Global Tech



My Client is a leading software giant based in Dublin City Center. They are looking for a talented Buyer to report into the Manager of Purchasing Operations. This person will be responsible for facilitating the procurement of goods and services. Responsibilities include creating purchase requisitions, issuing PO’s, reconciling invoice discrepancies, and providing strong customer service.



Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 pa
Contract: 11-month contract with strong chance of extension.
Hybrid working model : 50% of your time at home.




Day to Day you will:

Follow guidelines and policies to maintain quality and consistency.
Create and manage purchase orders.
Work with Accounts Payable to resolve any invoice or delivery issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to collect necessary data for projects.
Offer excellent customer service to colleagues and procurement partners.
Suggest and help implement process improvements.




What I am looking for in you:

3+ years of experience working in strategic procurement, sourcing, supply chain, and/or contracts management roles.
Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, procurement, supply chain, legal administration, or related degree program.
Proficiency in electronic procurement, supply chain, and /or analytical software.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
