About the Role:
Join the Messenger Well-Being Product Manager team, where you’ll help build and enhance safety features for online Messenger and social media platforms. You’ll work on tools and systems that protect users, improve safety, and ensure compliance with global regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive product features from ideation to launch, focusing on safety, regulatory compliance, and platform efficiency.
Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality features.
Manage and prioritize workstreams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Build tools and processes to streamline product development and reporting.
Lead weekly updates to leadership and stakeholders, providing clear insights on progress and outcomes.
Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to solve complex safety challenges.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Product Manager, shipping consumer products at scale.
Strong execution skills with a focus on high-quality, on-time delivery.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle ambiguity and drive clarity.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams across the company.
