Product Marketing Manager – AdTech | Retail Focus
Are you a strategic marketing leader with a passion for technology, advertising innovation, and go-to-market excellence? We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive revenue retention and shape the future of commerce through cutting-edge ad solutions.
In this high-impact role, you'll work across cross-functional teams to lead the go-to-market strategy for a suite of ad products used by millions—helping define the future of how businesses connect with consumers at scale.
The Offer:
- Competitive salary of £122,000 pa
- Role to start on an initial 4-month contract
- Hybrid working: 3 days per week onsite in Central London office

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of ad solutions
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to bring insights into product development
- Guide strategic initiatives across retail, eCommerce, and advertising use cases
- Lead organizational alignment on program milestones, product documentation, and positioning
- Support a multi-billion dollar revenue stream while innovating in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years in product marketing, strategic marketing, product management, or management consulting
- Proven experience in the tech or internet technology space, ideally within AdTech
- Background in retail and/or previous experience at Meta highly desirable
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify and communicate complex topics
- Skilled at influencing across cross-functional stakeholders in a rapidly evolving ecosystem
- Deep understanding of shop ads products and performance advertising
- Experience building scalable processes in high-growth teams
- A track record of owning strategy and execution across global markets
