We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our clients’ innovative team focused on enhancing employee and candidate experiences through cutting-edge SaaS solutions.
The Offer:
- Salary Range: £70,000 - £116,000 per year doe.
- 12- months contract – within IR35 – PAYE – paid on a weekly basis

- Location: London City – Hybrid 50% onsite
What You’ll Need:
- 8+ years of experience in product design, ideally in SaaS.
- Proven portfolio showcasing shipped B2B products and design methodology.
- Expertise in collaboration, using tools like Figma, and modern design systems.
- Strong skills in user-centred design, research integration, and accessibility-focused design.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design process to improve candidate experiences during recruitment.
- Create concepts, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to test and iterate.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver seamless experiences.
- Facilitate user interviews and integrate insights into your designs.
