Strategic Planning Executive

Dublin City Centre (Hybrid Working - 3 days office/2 days home))

Salary: €51,500 + excellent benefits, annual salary increases.

This is the perfect role for someone who loves data with purpose.

We’re partnering with a high-profile government-backed organisation at the heart of Ireland’s economic strategy — shaping policy, supporting foreign direct investment, and providing the data and insight that underpins strategic decision-making at the very highest level.

This role sits within their Corporate Strategy & Planning team — the engine room for reporting, analysis, and strategic insight that informs their Executive Leadership and Board.

What’s the Opportunity?

As Planning Executive, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality data, analysis, and reporting to demonstrate the real-world impact of the organisation’s work — from employment trends to business performance and economic competitiveness.

This isn’t just a data input role — you’ll be managing key projects like annual surveys, stakeholder engagement groups, and producing insight-rich reports that shape national policy and international investment strategies.

What Are We Looking For?

You’ll need to bring:

  • Strong analytical ability — with skills in Excel, Power BI or Salesforce
  • Project management capability — managing timelines, data quality, and reporting cycles
  • Excellent written skills — translating data into clear, professional reporting
  • Stakeholder engagement skills — confident managing cross-agency collaboration

Ideal Background:

We’re open on sector background — but you might have experience in:

  • Strategy, Planning, or Data Insights teams
  • Economic research, policy analysis, or market intelligence
  • Management consulting or public sector strategy roles
  • Research or reporting roles within a regulatory, government, or investment agency environment

Why Apply?

This is a rare opportunity to build a career within a purpose-driven organisation where your work has real impact — shaping Ireland’s position on the global stage. You’ll gain fantastic exposure to senior stakeholders, complex projects, and high-profile reporting.

Flexible working, excellent benefits, and a structured career path come as standard.
