In this role, you’ll troubleshoot technical issues, optimise workflows, and provide insights to leadership.
What’s in it for you?

- 12-month contract – within IR35 – PAYE – paid on a weekly basis.
- Fully remote working in the UK

What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years of AdTech experience in a technical role.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data analysis and querying.
- Hands-on experience with Pixels, Attribution Settings (e.g., SKAN), and web technologies - JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical issues to leadership and stakeholders.
- Experience in troubleshooting and escalation within a digital advertising environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and resolve advertising product issues, escalating when needed.
- Collaborate with sales teams and external clients, ensuring smooth product setups and support.
- Analyse trends and provide actionable insights to leadership on support performance.
- Build and optimise dashboards and reports to drive efficiency in support operations.
- Be the go-to expert for technical support related to advertising technologies.
