Immediate requirement for an experienced Technical Support Exec with solid experience providing high-level technical support to large business clients - this is a low volume high-quality technical role.
The majority of your time will be spent engaging & and troubleshooting with clients to resolve technical questions (over email, chat, phone and VC) you will also be working on various projects and helping to improve processes.

The Offer
- This role offers an annual salary between £45,000 - £52,000 per year
- The role will begin as a 12-month contract – inside IR35 - PAYE
- It's fully remote from the UK
- Its 8 am -5 pm Mon to Fri no weekends or shift work
What you need to succeed
- Previous experience providing high-level technical support to global clients – you should be used to working from a ticketing system
- Background experience working with a large global company
- You will be Tech savvy in general computing terms and have strong troubleshooting skills in particular with mobile apps and browser-related issues,
- Ideally, you will have worked with user identity providers or SSO.
- Analytical and excellent attention to detail, and exposure to enterprise customer support.
- A 2nd EU language would be nice to have – Spanish, French, Portuguese
