Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring financial efficiency, and delivering high-quality services across a range of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for projects.
- Oversee cost control, value engineering, and procurement processes.
- Monitor contract progress and manage variations or changes in design.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and design teams.
- Prepare detailed reports, valuations, and final accounts
Requirements:
- Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent).
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and financial planning.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work on large-scale construction projects.
