Market Coordinator – Global Booking Platform
We’re looking for a Market Coordinator to join our team in London, supporting both the Field Team and Key Accounts Team. In this role, you’ll manage high-value Host inquiries, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolutions while delivering exceptional service. You’ll work closely with internal teams, offering insights and building strong relationships to improve Host satisfaction.
• Location ; London Remote
• Salary; £40,000 pa
• Contract ; 12 months, strong chance of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Market Management and Key Accounts Teams with Host inquiries.
• Become an expert in company policies, especially around Community Support and brand risk.
• Provide end-to-end communication and resolutions for Hosts.
• Triage escalations and offer solutions for efficient resolution.
• Proactively improve Host listings to increase 5-star bookings.
• Support in-market events and manage stakeholder communication.
Skills & Experience:
• 4+ years in Customer Support or Account Management.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, active listening, and de-escalation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Salesforce, G-Suite, and Jira (preferred).
