Business: Global Media Tech
Contract: 12 months - to start Feb 2024 (max 4 weeks notice)
Salary: £85k to £105k basic (DOE) + benefits – PAYE/paid weekly/WITHIN IR35
Location: Central London (HYBRID role) – min. 3 days onsite per week
You must be fully clear to work in the UK without the need of relocation or sponsorship
About you:
Our client is looking for someone with a performance background, who has worked in a rapidly changing creative industry with gaming / digital native companies with an entrepreneurial mindset and has a drive for creative experimentation and learning.
Job Responsibilities:
- Continually inspire our clients and creative industries with a vision for their business that translates into campaigns on their platforms.
- Work with diverse, cross-functional teams to refine and scale your creative approaches for maximum impact across the company’s platforms.
- Continually work to invent new ways to harness creativity for business growth whilst driving value for people and communities.
- Work hands-on to bring ideas to life. This is a position for builders/creators. Scale your team’s ideas around the globe.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 7+ years’ experience gained from working at start-ups, creative agencies, in-house creative teams, independent business, or non-traditional content creators with focus on Performance Marketing.
- Data fluency – you are happy getting your hands dirty with data, measurement and you are willing to learn new tools and distil data into unique insights.
- Entrepreneurial. We’re still only 1% done – this team is inventing every day, and it takes tenacity, bravery, and the ability to see the big opportunities to thrive here.
- You must have examples of your most recent work available to showcase with an up to date portfolio
