? What you’ll do:
- Lead and motivate a dynamic customer service team.
- Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and team meetings.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows and top-tier service delivery.
- Drive improvements through data insights and strategic thinking.
- Foster a positive and engaged team environment while delivering high-quality customer support.
? What we’re looking for:
? 2-3 years of experience in a customer service leadership role (1-2 years may be considered).
? Strong people management and team motivation skills.
? A customer service background (call centre, hospitality, or online services preferred).
? Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
? Additional language skills (Portuguese, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Swiss, Finnish) are a plus.
