Customer Success Manager – Government Partners Tech


Join one of the world’s largest booking platforms Policy Products team as a Legislation Customer Success Implementation Associate to help implement and support regulatory compliance solutions for Short-Term Rental laws globally with government bodies. This role focuses on deploying regulatory products, onboarding government staff, and providing ongoing support to government partners in Europe and Asia.

 

  • Contract : 12 months
  • Location : hybrid (London) or remote
  • Salary : £60k - £65kpa



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end implementation of regulatory products, liaising with internal teams and government stakeholders.
  • Deliver non-technical solutions like hosting guides and training materials.
  • Onboard government staff through webinars or live sessions and act as a primary contact for post-launch support.
  • Balance multiple projects and time zones with Europe and Asia.
  • Qualifications:

 

  • 3+ years in regulatory compliance, customer success, or similar.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Asana, or Jira preferred.
