Lead a team of 3 and collaborate closely with the CEO, Finance Division, and outsourced accounting function.

Drive process improvements and adapt quickly to changing needs, while ensuring effective communication with the Board of Directors and stakeholders.
Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or newly qualified with up to 10 years of post-qualification experience.

Responsibilities:
Lead reinsurance operations and oversee new software implementation.
Prepare annual financial statements and liaise with audit.
Review policies and procedures and run budgets and business plans.
Provide input to regulatory reports and prepare relevant board papers.
Experience and Skills:
Insurance/financial services industry experience highly beneficial.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
Excellent prioritization and initiative-taking abilities.
Quick learner with strong communication skills.
Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with Solvency II, IFRS 9, and IFRS 17.
Package:
Salary range is €75,000 - €85,000 with benefits.
Office is in Dublin 2 with a hybrid working policy.
