Fraud Investigator (Insurance Claims)



We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fraud Investigator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for investigating and resolving suspicious claims and activities on our platform, ensuring a high standard of fraud prevention and resolution.



Salary : €60k - €64k pa
Contract : 7 months (high chance of extension)
Location : Remote Ireland


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough investigations into suspicious claims and fraudulent activities.
Manage and resolve cases based on internal policies and procedures.
Communicate with users, providers, and stakeholders to gather documentation and verify information.
Escalate identified fraud rings or potential risk issues in a timely manner.


What We’re Looking For:

2-3 years of experience in claims assessment, fraud investigations, or dispute resolution (preferably in insurance).
2+ years of experience in customer service or related roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to handle complex cases, with excellent time management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
