Global Paid Media Lead – Corporate Marketing

Are you a paid media expert who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments? Do you have a strategic mindset, a data-driven approach, and experience managing multi-channel, large-scale investment campaigns? If so, this is your chance to drive impactful global media strategies.

We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Lead to join our International Media Strategy team in London. This role is at the heart of our corporate marketing, AI, and global public affairs initiatives, shaping and executing campaigns that deliver our brand’s narrative worldwide.

The Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of £95,000 - £100,000 pa
  • Role will start on a 12-month contract
  • Hybrid working: Onsite 3 days per week in Central London offices

What You’ll Do

  • Own and develop paid media strategies that align with business objectives and audience insights.
  • Execute and optimize large-scale, multi-channel campaigns across international markets (EMEA & LATAM).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Decision Science, Insights, Creative, Policy, and external agencies).
  • Analyze and leverage data to drive insights and continuous campaign improvement.
  • Support and connect campaign strategies with internal global media initiatives and external agency work.
  • Work independently on multiple projects (typically 2-3 at a time), ramping up quickly with minimal guidance.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years in media planning (agency or client-side).
  • Expertise in paid media strategy & planning.
  • Proven experience in multi-channel, scaled investment campaigns.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high volume of campaign work.
  • Strong data analysis and insight generation skills to optimize campaign performance.
  • Experience managing media agencies and integrating creative & media strategies.
  • Background in public affairs marketing, balancing multiple campaign briefs at different stages.
  • Strong partnership with data science & analytics teams to shape measurement plans and learning agendas.
