The Offer:
- Annual Salary of up to £65k - £69k per year
- 12 -month contract (matt leave ) – chance of extension.
Core responsibilities include:
- As a Talent Development Consultant, you will partner with Business and Employee Experience leaders to design and execute on initiatives that have a real impact on advancing talent capabilities in our diverse region. You will work as part of a regional Employee Experience team and a global Talent Development team to build and deliver high quality and high impact work!
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to identify and assess Talent Development needs, align needs in EMEA with global programs and lead efforts to design initiatives to support business goals.
Experience Required:
- Min 8 years’ experience as a Learning & Development consultant or related experience.
- Capability and experience in crafting the roadmap of leadership development programs.
- Certified to used tools such as Insights, DISC, SDI and similar.
