Marketing Operations Programme Manager
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Programme Manager to lead Martech adoption initiatives within a Global Marketing Organisation. This role involves collaborating across teams and regions, streamlining processes, and promoting best practices. You’ll thrive if you are proactive, adaptable, and skilled at creating structure in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: Hybrid (London/Reading)
- Contract: 12-Month Fixed Ter
- Salary; £60k - £65k pa
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Martech programme initiatives, including scheduling, tracking progress, and resolving blockers.
- Consolidate and deliver regular reports, highlighting progress, blockers, and next steps.
- Support product feedback processes by aligning with corporate and regional teams.
- Maintain internal communication platforms, including executive presentations and Teams channels.
- Oversee SharePoint management and update critical team documentation as required.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in programme management and marketing operations.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Expertise with tools like Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, and Workfront.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and ability to drive projects end-to-end.
