This is international technology business is confidently continuing its growth in 2024 and we are seeking a highly skilled Senior People Operations / HR Consultant to join the team in Dublin on a 12 month contract.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, offering guidance on sensitive work-related issues such as conflict resolution, performance management, and company policy interpretation.
- Assist managers and employees in maximizing performance through effective utilization of people tools, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure legal compliance and support country-specific requirements, particularly in Ireland.
- Analyse data, identify trends, and develop proactive solutions to drive business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR processes and policies.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations or HR generalist roles, with a focus on Ireland.
- Strong commitment to customer service and delivering exceptional employee experiences.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in an international team environment.
- Sound knowledge of Ireland labour laws; familiarity with other EMEA countries' regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
