Product Support Analyst - Global Tech
- Location: Remote in the UK
- Salary: £106k per year PAYE
- Contract length: Until the End of June 2025 - potential to extend up to 24 months
Our client is a world renowned tech conglomerate that leads the way in social media networking and AR/VR experiences and they have an immediate requirement for a Product Support Analyst with B2B experience in corporate environments to join their team.
What you'll do:
- You will lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or products.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones.
- You will integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity and enhance user satisfaction.
What you need to succeed:
- Experience within product management, working on high growth technology products
- Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones
- Experience in corporate environments
- B2B Experience/consumer experience
