Sales Coordinator - Partnerships

Our client is a world renowned tech conglomerate that leads the way in social media experiences and Virtual reality and they have an immediate requirement for a Sales Coordinator to join their team to support partner onboarding.

 

What's on offer:

  • 6 month initial contract with high potential to extend to 23 months then onto a permanent role
  • Fully remote in London
  • Salary of £53k per year

 

what you will do

  • Manage support tickets and escalations from partners, and ensure issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner Assist in organizing and streamlining regular communications to partners, including surveys, marketing announcements, product updates, and pilot/research requests
  • Be the go to person for partners for any operational and sales related issues.
  • Work cross functionally with Engineering and Product teams to resolve and troubleshoot technical issues

 

what you need to succeed

  • 2 years experience in a sales coordinating or project coordinating role where you support operational tasks
  • the ability to work cross functionally with multiple teams across the business
  • Experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, account, partner, or project management
