Responsibilities:
- Meet financial targets and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate closely with the Licensing team and various stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates and maintain customer management systems.
- Establish a sustainable workflow for efficient task execution.
- Continuously measure and refine performance for maximum success.
- Deliver exceptional service to customers with positivity and insight.
Requirements:
- Experience in Licensing and Software.
- Native German Speaker
- Strong business acumen with confidence in B2B interactions.
- Background in partner/reseller indirect sales organization preferred.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to navigate virtual/matrix-based organizations.
- Analytical thinker with IT/technical knowledge.
- Organized with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
