Supply Chain Assistant – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000–£32,000 with benefits.

In this pivotal role, you'll work alongside an expert supply chain team to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. You'll build strong relationships with customers and third-party logistics partners, while also supporting the team with forecasting, administrative tasks, and office management.
What you’ll do:
- Process customer and sample orders using SAP, ensuring precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure seamless delivery of goods.
- Resolve delivery and supply chain queries with a customer-focused approach.
- Support the wider team with purchase orders, meeting coordination, and more.
- Assist in maintaining office facilities and handling ad hoc projects.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong organisational and communication skills with a “can-do” attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (SAP/EDI experience is a plus).
- Previous experience in customer service or supply chain support.
- An analytical mindset and the ability to solve logistical challenges effectively.
