Support Specialist Global Tech
Our client is a globally recognized tech giant that paves the way in social media networking and they pioneer innovative AR and VR experiences and they have an immediate requirement for a Support Specialist to join their team
The role
- 9 month contract
- fully remote
- salary of €72k
Your day to day
- you’ll support vendor delivery of customer support in line with the scale of the product team resolving escalations and quality calibrations as required.
- you’ll become an expert in core risk/payments experience infrastructure, tools, systems, and data.
- you’ll demonstrate in-depth knowledge of process design, driving efficiencies, identifying gaps and implementing improvements. Apply the experience in the fast paced and growing operations environment.
What you need to succeed
- 3+ years of experience working in an online operations or consulting environment, or similar
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, trust and safety, payments, or related team
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management
- 2+ years of experience in working in a project/customer support environment
- 2+ years of experience working with global cross-functional teams
