Credit & Collections Analyst – Global Software Business.

 

6-Month Contract | Salary Range: €38,000 - €40,000 per annum.

Location: Citywest, Dublin 24

 

 

Are you passionate about resolving financial issues and ensuring smooth operations?

 

We are seeking a Credit & Collection Analyst for an 6 -month contract role in West Dublin. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to split your time equally between working from home (50%) and our well-connected office (50%), which offers excellent public transport links and ample parking.

 

The Opportunity

 

As a Credit & Collection Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing outstanding invoices and delinquent accounts. Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Conducting in-depth account reconciliation and collection of receivables within your assigned portfolio.
  • Assessing commercial risk for both new and existing customers.
  • Resolving billing and contracting disputes, which may involve negotiations within the customer's organization.
  • Completing monthly and quarterly reports as per departmental schedules.
  • Participating and contributing to ongoing operational improvement projects within the department.

 

Requirements

 

The ideal candidate will have:

 

  • A proven track record in collections or a strong desire to learn more about credit and collections.
  • Experience in balancing responsibilities while maximizing customer satisfaction or exposure to customer service.
  • Ability to build and maintain successful partnerships with customers, sales, and other back-office groups.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve complex issues with minimal supervision.
  • Previous knowledge of QuickBooks and Salesforce (SFDC) is advantageous.
