The role: Content Strategist (Technical Content Writing)
Business: Global Media Tech
- Contract: 12 months (to start ASAP – max 4-6 weeks notice)
- Salary: £72k basic (PAYE, paid weekly, WITHIN IR35)
- Location: Remote WITHIN the London & South East UK regions (you must be fully clear to work in the UK without the need of sponsorship/relocation)
About the role:
- One of our leading Global Big Tech clients is looking to hire an experienced Content Strategist who will focus on providing scaled help and support content for their enterprise product suite used, by companies and work customers around the globe.
- You’ll be a strong writer and editor with experience in digital content management, content strategy, project management, and data-informed decision making.
- You’ll be collaborating with product, marketing, operations and legal teams to create content for product launches & have the ability to explain complicated product and policy concepts in simple, jargon-free language.
About you:
- You’ll have at least 3+ years of professional writing experience (especially within help and support content, editorial quality assurance, online operations at a tech company, technical writing).
- You’ll have some project management experience, with the ability to work through ambiguity and manage competing priorities
- Strong XML skills required
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to interpret, analyse and evaluate given information relative to content techniques.
