About the Role: Our client, a dynamic IT support company based in the heart of Dublin, is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join their team. This is a hands-on role, where you’ll work directly with clients, managing support projects, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring top-tier customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver expert technical support across networking, firewalls, Windows Server, and more.
- Work extensively with VMware, Veeam, Office 365, and other critical tools.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring effective resolution and a seamless experience.
Your Profile
- 5+ years in IT support with knowledge of DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and cloud storage solutions.
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Self-driven with the ability to manage projects independently.
